Ltd (AMI) is committed to be a leader in Secure Disposal of Information
Technology systems. We believe
that good performance in the secure disposal of information
and data is essential to all businesses. Our aim is to integrate
security into all of our business processes including our internal
information management. Consistent with these aims we have
integrated security into all of AMI’s business activities.
We intend to be a leader in our business by providing an unrivalled
guarantee of security. AMI will deliver and give security the highest priority at
all times, we systematically assess and manage our security
risk through audited security management systems.
AMI’s vision is to eliminate all preventable breaches
of security, theft and fraud that might result in a business
loss or damage the reputation of our customers. We will deliver
a service that meets best practice in our field and is fully
compliant with national and local standards and regulations.

All collection
vehicles are unmarked. |

Each collection is completed
by three members of staff: |
|
|
|
- On
first arriving at each collection site the vehicle
will be brought into the secure area (If Available). |
|
|
|
- On first loading
any equipment to the vehicle one member of staff will
remain with the collection vehicle until the collection
is completed. |
|
|
|
The collection vehicle
is brought inside the AMI premises and the shutter
closed for unloading. |
|
|
|
At no time is the equipment
unattended from collection to unloading at the secure
facility. |
|
|
|
|
Our facility
in Mallusk has been cleared by the security services
to be used to process government computers containing
data up to 'Restricted'. |

Regulations NI 1999, AMI have a Waste Carriers License.
Registration number NI 00737 as issued by the Environment & Heritage
